Deep Impact (1998)

Concept 1: At the end of the movie, Hannibal Lecter performs a crainotomy on Ray Liotta's character. A crainotomy is a surgical procecdure where part of the brain, called the bone flap, is removed to get access to the brain. Hannibal proceeds to eat part of the Liotta's brain, namely the frontalis muscle. After the removal, Liotta raises his eyebrows, which should be impossible because the fronatlis muscle is required to raise eyebrows.
