2001: A Space Odyssey

Concept 1: Bowman takes a deep breath before he begins his attempt to re-enter the ship. Bowman should have exhaled instead of inhaled, because the vacuum of space would have damaged his lungs if they had been full of air.

Concept 2: The exhaust of the shuttle caused a cloud of dust to be produced when it lands on the moon. The moon is an airless environment, therefore a cloud of dust should not have been formed. Instead the dust particles should have followed a parabolic trajectory.
