Summary of clip: Overfishing in the waters of Antarctica has gained international attention and people all over the world are standing up for the penguins. The issue is being discussed by what appears to be some of the most important people in the world.

Connection of flickclip to the concept: Overfishing is a huge problem because it can cause entire ecosystems to collapse. There is little regulation in international waters which makes it easy for companies to practice overfishing and not suffer any consequences. Unfortunately, the happy ending in Happy Feet is not the way it usually turns out in real life.
